Who we are
Small Bright Days is operated by Viore Group LLC, 924 N Magnolia Ave, Ste 202 PMB 5306, Orlando, Florida 32803. This policy applies to our website, memberships, family profiles, and digital resources.
Information we collect
We receive account details used to sign you in, such as your name, email address, and account identifier. If you create a child profile, you may provide a first name or nickname, date of birth, interests, and family goals. We also keep membership status, saved resources, and basic service records needed to operate and secure the site.
Payments
Stripe processes membership payments. We do not receive or store full card numbers. Stripe may collect billing details, payment information, device information, and tax-related location data under its own privacy practices.
How we use information
We use information to authenticate members, provide age-relevant suggestions, deliver paid access, remember saved items, calculate applicable taxes, prevent abuse, troubleshoot the service, and meet legal and accounting duties. We do not sell personal information.
Children’s privacy
The service is designed for parents and caregivers, not for children to use independently. Adults create and control all profiles. Please use a nickname if you prefer and do not enter sensitive medical, school, or identifying information. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children under 13.
Service providers and disclosure
We share only the information reasonably necessary with providers that support authentication, hosting, payments, tax calculation, security, and business operations. We may also disclose information when legally required, to protect users or the service, or as part of a business reorganization.
Retention and security
We retain information while your account is active and as reasonably needed for support, fraud prevention, accounting, and legal obligations. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You can edit or delete child profiles from your account and manage saved items. You may request access, correction, or deletion of other account information using the contact information shown on your Stripe receipt or other official Small Bright Days customer communication. Some records may be retained when legally required.
Changes
We may update this policy as the service changes. The date above identifies the latest version. Material changes will be communicated through the site or another reasonable method.
