Cancel anytime
You may cancel a paid membership at any time before its next renewal through the Stripe billing portal. Cancellation prevents future renewal charges. Your paid access continues through the end of the current billing period.
Subscription charges
Membership payments are generally nonrefundable once a billing period begins, and we do not normally provide prorated refunds for unused time or for resources already accessed or downloaded. This does not limit any refund or cancellation right required by applicable law.
Duplicate or incorrect charges
If you believe you were charged twice, charged after a timely cancellation, or charged the wrong amount, contact us promptly using the support information shown on your Stripe receipt. Include the charge date, amount, and the email used at checkout. Do not send a full card number.
Membership downloads
When a paid membership ends, you may keep copies you downloaded while it was active for personal household use. Access to new downloads, premium packs, and online member features ends with the paid period.
Payment disputes
Please contact us first so we can investigate quickly. Stripe and your card issuer may require supporting information for a formal dispute, and access may be restricted while a disputed membership charge is reviewed.
