Agreement
These terms form an agreement between you and Viore Group LLC, operator of Small Bright Days. By using the service or purchasing a membership, you agree to these terms and our Privacy and Refund Policies. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement.
Educational purpose
Small Bright Days provides general educational activities, planning tools, and parenting information. It is not medical, nutritional, developmental, safety, legal, or other professional advice and does not replace guidance from your child’s qualified professional. Conditions and children differ; supervise activities, inspect materials, follow product instructions, and stop when an activity is unsafe or inappropriate.
Accounts and family profiles
You are responsible for your account activity and for providing accurate information. Child profiles must be created and managed by an adult. Do not submit sensitive medical or school information. You may not share login access outside your household, attempt to bypass access controls, or misuse the service.
Memberships and renewal
Paid memberships renew automatically at the price and interval shown at checkout until canceled. Taxes may be added where required. You authorize Stripe to charge your selected payment method for each renewal. You can cancel before the next renewal using the secure billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals and does not remove access already paid for through the current billing period.
Resource license
Resources are owned by or licensed to Viore Group LLC. A Family membership permits access and download of standard resources for personal household use while active. Family Plus also includes premium and seasonal packs and personalized plans for multiple children. Files downloaded during an active paid membership may be kept for personal household use. Neither plan permits resale, public posting, mass distribution, removal of notices, commercial use, or sharing outside your household.
Availability and changes
We may add, revise, replace, or remove resources and features. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. We may suspend access for fraud, abuse, nonpayment, security concerns, or material violations of these terms.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ to the extent permitted by law. Viore Group LLC disclaims warranties not expressly stated here. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid during the six months before the claim. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.
Florida law
These terms are governed by Florida law. Before filing a claim, each party agrees to provide written notice and make a good-faith effort to resolve the issue informally. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after an effective-date change means you accept the updated terms. If you do not agree, stop using the service and cancel future renewals.
